1. Acceptance of Terms
By using 3D FIT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
3D FIT provides facial measurement analysis to suggest respirator sizes. This is a guidance tool only.
3. Important Limitations
- This app provides SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY
- This is NOT a fit test
- This does NOT guarantee proper respirator fit
- These results DO NOT meet the requirements of a respirator fit test as described in 29 CFR 1910.134 or required by any other regulatory body or authority
- You MUST follow OSHA fit testing requirements
- You MUST follow manufacturer's fitting instructions
- Always consult with a qualified safety professional
4. No Medical or Safety Advice
This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or safety certifications. Results are for informational purposes only.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Proper respirator selection with qualified guidance
- Following all applicable safety regulations (including but not limited to 29 CFR 1910.134)
- Obtaining proper fit testing as required by law
- Verifying sizing with manufacturer specifications
6. Payment Terms
- Each facial sizing measurement costs $1.99
- Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase
- All sales are final; no refunds except as required by law
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GMN GROUP, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS APP OR RELIANCE ON SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS.
8. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, measurements may vary based on lighting, positioning, and device capabilities. Results are estimates only.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
